Časté otázky

I already have a živnosť but never set anything up properly. Is this for me?

If you've been operating without proper income tracking or templates, Onboard can still fix that. But if you've been running for more than a few months with untracked income or unfiled reports, Health Check is the better starting point.

Do I need to know Slovak?

No. We communicate in Ukrainian, Russian, or English throughout the entire process.

What if I don't have EU clients — do I still need §7a?

No. §7a only applies if you're providing services to VAT-registered businesses in other EU countries. We check this during setup.

Does this include my annual tax declaration?

No. Onboard is a setup service. When declaration season comes, you can order Accquix Declarations separately.

How do I pay?

We issue an advance invoice (zálohová faktúra) first. You pay after you confirm delivery. Bank transfer only.
