Accquix researches how modern platforms work in real accounting records: which documents they produce, how they present sales, fees, refunds and payouts, and what an entrepreneur in Slovakia needs. Selected participants may receive a standard Health Check at no charge in exchange for access to their real platform experience.

Data, privacy and consent

Useful research does not require your password

Original documents remain yours and are used to deliver the agreed Health Check. Participation alone never permits public use of your information.

  • Accquix never asks for a platform password
  • Preferred methods are exports, documents, screen sharing or official temporary read-only access
  • Only agreed, appropriately anonymized learnings may be retained internally
  • Public screenshots, quotations, company details or financial examples require separate explicit consent
  • Retention and deletion follow the existing Accquix privacy and contractual framework

FAQ

Contributor Program questions

Why does Accquix offer a Health Check without payment?

A selected case can provide new research value about a platform's real accounting workflow. The standard review is the defined value exchanged for that contribution.

Is this a free version of Health Check?

No. It is a research exchange for selected contributors, with the same agreed standard scope.

Does every applicant get accepted?

No. Acceptance depends on current research needs, new value and scope fit.

Which platforms are currently being researched?

Only platforms shown in the current research section are publicly recruiting. If none are listed, you may join the general waitlist.

What information must I provide?

Start with a short workflow description and record types available. Documents are requested only after selection and scope confirmation.

Do I need to share my password?

No. Accquix never asks for a platform password.

Will my documents or screenshots be published?

No. Public use requires separate explicit consent.

What if my accounting is too complex?

Accquix may propose Health Check+ with an individual fixed quote. The Contributor Program does not cover unlimited reconstruction.

Can an existing Accquix client participate?

Yes, if the case provides useful new research value and fits a current brief.

How long does the process take?

Timing is confirmed after selection because it depends on the platform brief, record readiness and agreed scope.

Can I withdraw before scope is confirmed?

Yes. You can decide not to proceed before confirming the research and service scope.

What happens after research is complete?

Accquix may close recruitment and retain only the agreed anonymized internal learning. Publication is not promised.

Use the existing secure intake flow. Include the platform, length of use, approximate monthly transaction or payout volume, available record types, screen-sharing availability, workflow and main accounting concern.

Submission does not guarantee acceptance. Do not send documents or passwords until Accquix confirms the next step.
