You must keep double-entry bookkeeping
Unlike a paušalist, an SRO is legally required to maintain full účtovníctvo — income, expenses, assets, liabilities. This cannot be skipped or simplified.
Monthly accounting for digital companies in Slovakia. We connect invoices, platforms, Stripe, VAT and OSS with documents, banking and reporting — for a fixed monthly fee.
Unlike a paušalist, an SRO is legally required to maintain full účtovníctvo — income, expenses, assets, liabilities. This cannot be skipped or simplified.
Every SRO must prepare and file ročná účtovná závierka — balance sheet, profit & loss — regardless of revenue. Late or missing filings trigger fines.
A živnostník pays personal income tax. An SRO pays corporate tax, and any money you take out — salary, dividends — is taxed again. The structure needs to be right.

Design your setupPossible scope
Scope, implementation and the fixed monthly price are agreed before work begins.
Your plan changes when you introduce a new recurring financial system or compliance workflow, not simply because your business processes more standard transactions.
Multiple payment systems, crypto, custom settlement, or non-standard financial flows. We design how they are processed, checked, and booked around your architecture.

Tell us your company structure, revenue sources, current situation, and whether you have any outstanding gaps. 10–15 minutes.
02
Before month one begins, we assess whether your historical records are in order. If there are gaps, we'll scope a cleanup before onboarding.
03
Invoices, bank exports, receipts. We tell you exactly what format and cadence works. Most clients spend less than 10 minutes per month on this.
04
Bookkeeping, applicable VAT and OSS workflows, §7a and quarterly advances — processed on schedule, without reminders from you.

Because we tracked everything monthly, your financial statements and tax return are a formality — not a crisis.
Everything listed in your plan is covered at the stated monthly price. We don't charge per transaction, per document, or per question asked.
Additional scope — payroll, extra VAT registrations, or multi-entity work — is always agreed in advance. You'll never see an unexpected invoice.
Routine processing runs on Accquix Pro, our in-house accounting platform — that is how the price stays fixed as transactions grow.
See Accquix ProUsually not. App Store, Google Play and Merchant of Record settlements are covered by Core because the platform collects customer payments and settles with your business.
Ordinary agency invoices remain Core. If the SaaS product collects customer payments through one Stripe account or another primary PSP, the business belongs to Payments—not Infrastructure. Infrastructure begins when additional systems or non-standard recurring workflows are introduced.
No. DPH, §7a and OSS filings are included where applicable to the activity covered by your plan. The plan changes when the underlying financial system or recurring compliance workflow changes.
No. We do not use invoice, document, accounting-entry or transaction counts as public pricing metrics. The fixed monthly price reflects the systems and recurring workflows we operate and reconcile.
We do not market plans through transaction allowances. Standard transaction volume does not change the monthly price by itself; a new recurring financial system or compliance workflow can change the scope. If documents arrive for several periods at once or after the agreed deadline, a 25% late-processing surcharge per late period may apply after prior notice; this is not a transaction fee.
We review the new system or workflow with you before changing scope. A second PSP, crypto, referral payouts, marketplace payouts or custom settlement logic can move the work into Infrastructure, with the fixed price agreed in advance.
Most SROs we talk to have at least one gap — a missed filing, an unregistered obligation, a director salary that was never properly set up. We find it, fix it, and make sure it doesn't happen again.
