The Accquix approach
Traditional accounting often becomes more expensive with every document, transaction or accounting entry. Accquix takes a different approach.
We price the financial systems and recurring workflows we operate. Standard transaction volume should be handled through better infrastructure — not punished with an additional accounting fee for every payment.
The monthly price is agreed in advance for the defined scope.
More standard transactions do not automatically create another accounting charge.
Pricing is reviewed when a new recurring financial system or compliance workflow is introduced.
That is why we are building Accquix Pro — our own infrastructure for payment reconciliation, document intelligence, VAT and OSS workflows, crypto accounting and audit-ready financial data.
FAQ
Choose Core when income is received through invoices, platforms or consolidated Merchant of Record settlements. Choose Payments when your business collects customer-level payments through its own Stripe or another PSP.
Usually no. Where the platform processes customer payments and provides consolidated settlements, the activity normally fits Core. If the business also sells through its own Stripe or another PSP, Payments applies.
Ordinary invoicing remains covered through Core. When the company also collects customer payments through its own PSP, Payments applies. Infrastructure is only required when additional complex systems or recurring workflows are introduced.
No. Registration status alone does not determine the plan. Pricing is based primarily on how money and financial data move through the business.
No. Accquix does not use per-invoice or per-transaction pricing for standard activity covered by the agreed scope.
We do not use transaction counters as the primary basis of monthly pricing. The agreed plan covers standard activity within the defined financial systems. Historical reconstruction, missing data and new non-standard workflows may require a separate scope. If documents arrive for several periods at once or after the agreed deadline, a 25% late-processing surcharge per late period may apply after prior notice; this is not a transaction fee.
We review the scope together before changing the plan. A new monthly price is not applied without prior agreement.
Accquix Launch is recurring bookkeeping for a newly established company before commercial sales begin. Accquix Onboard is a one-time programme for designing the business’s payment, invoicing, documentation and accounting system.
The relevant Firms plan begins when the first real paid customer sale happens. Launch also ends after a maximum of six months.
Core normally requires only standard account setup. Payments and Infrastructure may require a separate implementation setup depending on the existing payment and accounting architecture.
Yes, for supported filings where the underlying records and documents are complete and usable.
Historical cleanup, reconstruction and missing-document resolution are scoped separately before the declaration or recurring service begins.
No. It is a structured accounting and process review, not a statutory audit, legal opinion or formal tax opinion.
