1.1This Privacy Policy explains how Serhii Shokha, trading under the Accquix business brand, processes personal data when you use the accquix.com website, communicate with prospects and clients, carry out marketing, and operate the business.

1.2This document does not apply to personal data processing that the Provider performs as a processor on behalf of a client when accounting services are provided. Such processing is governed by a separate DPA.

2.1We may process in particular contact details, form data, data from e-mail communication, data needed to prepare an offer or contract, billing data, website usage data, technical data about the device and browser, cookie consent data, marketing preferences, and data needed to comply with legal obligations.

2.2For clients, we may process as an independent controller data needed for our own invoicing, keeping our own records, AML/KYC verification, protection of legal claims, and communication.

3.1We process personal data mainly to answer enquiries, prepare offers, conclude and perform contracts, issue invoices, keep our own accounting records, comply with legal obligations, protect legal claims, secure the website, run analytics and marketing, and improve services.

3.2The legal basis may be performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, compliance with a legal obligation, legitimate interest, consent, or another legal basis under the GDPR.

4.1We use cookies and similar technologies according to a separate Cookie Policy. Analytics and marketing tools that are not strictly necessary are activated only based on your consent through the cookie banner.

5.1Personal data may be made available to trusted service providers, especially providers of hosting, cloud services, e-mail communication, analytics, marketing tools, invoicing and payment tools, accounting software, KYC verification, and legal or accounting advisers where needed.

6.1Some providers may process data outside the European Union or the European Economic Area. In such cases, we rely on appropriate safeguards under the GDPR, especially an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses, or the Data Privacy Framework where applicable.

7.1We keep data only for the period necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or for the period required by law.

7.2Communication data is kept reasonably according to the nature of the communication. Billing and accounting data is kept for the statutory period. Data processed based on consent is kept until consent is withdrawn or until a reasonable period expires according to the purpose.

8.1You have the right to access personal data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

8.2The supervisory authority in the Slovak Republic is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
