SECURITY AT ACCQUIX
Financial data deservesdeliberate protection.
Accquix Pro processes accounting documents, transaction data, payment information, and other sensitive business records. Security is therefore treated as part of the product architecture — not as a feature added later.
We design access, processing, and infrastructure around clear boundaries, traceability, and the principle of least privilege.
OUR APPROACH
Small surface.Clear controls.
Accquix Pro is built as controlled accounting infrastructure for Accquix clients. We deliberately limit who and what can access financial data and design internal workflows so sensitive actions remain attributable and reviewable.
Access control
Access is scoped by role, client, workspace, and accounting context.
Data isolation
Client data is separated at the application and database level, with authorization enforced close to the data.
Controlled processing
External processing and AI-assisted workflows are treated as bounded integrations rather than unrestricted access to client data.
Traceability
Important processing steps and accounting decisions are designed to remain explainable and attributable.
SECURITY BY DESIGN
Automation withoutlosing control.
Accquix Pro combines deterministic accounting rules, structured financial data, and human-reviewed automation.
AI-assisted workflows may help classify, match, or interpret accounting information, but they do not replace authorization, accounting controls, or human responsibility.
Security-sensitive boundaries — including authentication, authorization, tenant isolation, storage access, and external data flows — are treated as architectural concerns.
PRODUCT SECURITY
Own the system.Own the responsibility.
Accquix maintains a founder-led product security function responsible for secure development, vulnerability assessment, authentication and authorization review, dependency and supply-chain security, and remediation across Accquix-owned systems.
