Accquix
AVAILABLE WITH ACCQUIX INFRASTRUCTURE

Accept crypto.Keep every euro traceable.

Accounting infrastructure for Slovak SaaS and digital businesses accepting cryptocurrency as a payment method. We connect invoices, wallet transactions, gateway records, conversions, fees and bank settlements into one traceable financial flow.

Fixed monthly scope agreed upfront. No per-transaction pricing.

Suitable business models

Crypto is the payment method.Your business is something else.

You may sell software, subscriptions, digital products or professional services. Accepting payment in crypto does not turn that activity into trading. Accquix builds the accounting workflow around what your business actually sells — while documenting the crypto payment rail separately.

Scope boundary

Built for businesses accepting crypto payments — not for investment portfolios, active trading or speculative treasury management.

TRACEABILITY FLOW

The payment is only the beginning.Every step needs evidence.

The difficult part is rarely receiving crypto. The difficult part is explaining every later conversion, fee and bank movement in a way that connects back to the original customer and invoice.

Confidence comes from the trail — not from hoping a payment-provider export will be enough.

PAYMENT ROUTES

Different routes.Different evidence.

Crypto gateway → bank

The customer pays in crypto while the provider settles the transaction directly in EUR. We connect the invoice, payment record, provider fees, settlement and bank receipt.

Gateway → exchange → bank

Crypto moves from the payment gateway to an exchange, is converted into EUR and then transferred to the business account. Every movement must remain connected to the original payment.

Direct wallet settlement

Payments arrive directly in a business-controlled wallet and are converted later. We document the wallet, transaction hash, asset, network, customer payment and subsequent disposal.

Stablecoin settlement

USDC, EURC and other stablecoins still require clear documentation of the token, network, wallet, fees, conversion and final settlement. The exact workflow is assessed before onboarding.

TRANSACTION LINEAGE

Most accountants see a balance. We reconstruct the transaction.

A closing balance is only useful when the path behind it can be explained. We map each part of the payment back to the customer, invoice and final settlement.

1Which customer paid?
2Which invoice does the payment settle?
3Which asset and network were used?
4Which wallet received it?
5Which fees were deducted?
6When and where was it converted?
7Which amount reached the bank?
8Which records support the accounting entry?

EVIDENCE SYSTEM

One connected audit trail. From wallet to Slovak accounting.

Customer and invoice

The payment must remain connected to the customer, service and original accounting document.

On-chain evidence

Transaction hash, asset, network, wallet addresses and timestamps preserve the payment history.

Gateway and exchange records

Provider references, statements, fees and conversions explain movements between systems.

EUR settlement

The resulting fiat amount is reconciled with the business bank account.

Accounting treatment

Income, fees, conversions and settlement are recorded according to the actual business flow.

Period controls

Missing transactions, unmatched conversions and undocumented balances are identified before closing the period.

ACCQUIX INFRASTRUCTURE

Crypto requires infrastructure. That is why it has its own plan.

Crypto payment flows are available only with Accquix Infrastructure. Before onboarding, we map the wallets, gateways, exchanges, settlement currencies and evidence sources that Accquix will manage.

A fixed monthly scope and price are agreed before the work starts. Standard transaction growth is handled by the system — not charged as a separate accounting fee for every payment.

Included in the agreed scope

Workflow mapping
Wallet and provider inventory
Accounting rules for the agreed flow
Recurring reconciliation
Evidence and transaction lineage
Period-end controls
Documented exceptions
Agreed reporting outputs

CRYPTO HEALTH CHECK

Already accepting crypto?Check the flow before scaling it.

We review how payments move from the customer to the bank, identify missing evidence and highlight accounting or compliance risks before the workflow becomes harder to repair.

Review scope

Payment-flow mapping
Invoices and customer evidence
Wallets and transaction history
Gateways and exchanges
Conversions and fees
Bank reconciliation
Missing documentation
Bookkeeping readiness

Accept crypto.Keep the trail intact.

If cryptocurrency is simply another way your customers pay, your accounting infrastructure should make the full route visible — from the original invoice to the euro in the bank.
